Home CarGo Service Agreement

By proceeding, you authorize Home CarGo LLC to take custody of your vehicle and relocate it to the destination you have specified. You confirm that you are the registered owner or have authorization to release the vehicle.

Home CarGo carries garagekeepers liability insurance covering your vehicle while in our custody. All drivers are background-checked, MVR-verified, and trained. All moves are GPS tracked and video documented from intake to delivery.

You acknowledge that your vehicle will be moved by a Home CarGo driver and may not be immediately accessible until delivery is confirmed at your specified location. A timestamped intake video documents your vehicle's condition at handoff.

Home CarGo is not liable for pre-existing damage documented at intake, items left in the vehicle, or delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

All drivers wear body cameras. Footage is retained for 30 days and is available upon request in the event of a dispute.
